KUALA LUMPUR: The ringgit was little changed against the US dollar in early trading today on mild buying interest, dealers said.
At 9.15 am, the ringgit was quoted at 3.2025/2055 against a US dollar from yesterday's close at 3.2065/2095.
Meanwhile, the local unit was traded mostly little changed against other major currencies.
The ringgit was little changed against the Singapore dollar to 2.5638/5683 from 2.5636/5668 yesterday but rose against the yen to 3.1141/1173 from 3.1080/1124 Tuesday.
The domestic currency was also little changed against the British pound to 5.2639/2695 from 5.2683/2742 yesterday and the euro to 4.4054/4101 versus 4.4089/4137 on Tuesday.
