UMLand expects RM216m GDV for Putra Satu project

KUALA LUMPUR: United Malayan Land Bhd's (UMLand) subsidiary, Bangi Heights Development Sdn Bhd, expects a gross development value of RM216 million for its soon-to-launched 'Putra Satu' apartments project in Bandar Seri Putra.

The apartments, with condominium facilities, is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2017.

Group Chief Executive Officer UMLand Charlie Chia Lui Meng said it received overwhelming response during the early preview held recently.

"Keeping in mind the market demand for housing in the affordable range, selling price starts from RM321,000, supporting the state government initiative in providing affordable homes.

"Young couples with small families, government servants or executives and managers were the main target audience for this development. 

"These apartments are also suitable for investors and upgraders looking for a second home or long-term investments," he added.

In total, there are 505 units in six blocks of the development with seven different designs and a built up ranging from 854 sq ft to 1,224 sq ft.

Bandar Seri Putra, a self-contained township offers its residents a wide range of excellent facilities such as police station, post office, primary and secondary schools, regional health clinics and retail shops.
