KLCI futures trade lower in early session

The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract (FKLI) on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives was lower in the early session today.

As at 10.10am, spot month November 2013 was 8.5 points lower at 1800.5, December 2013 lost seven points to 1,800, March 2014 dropped eight points to 1,799.5 and June 2014 declined six points to 1,796.5.

Volume stood at 1,629 lots, while open interest totalled 38,837 contracts.

The underlying FBM KLCI was 6.13 points lower at 1,792.85.
